Service Manager -Commercial
Duties / Responsibilities:
-
Manage all aspects of the Service Department in order to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit;

Create and implement Customer Enthusiasm, Owner Loyalty and Marketing strategies to develop existing & new service business;
-
Manage Service Department profitably through Financial Controls and Resource allocation. Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
-
Establish Customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index; and;
-
Lead, develop and motivate staff.
Requirements:
-
Must be a South African Citizen ·
-
Must have valid South African driver’s licence ·
-
Must have motor dealership management experience either as a Foreman or Workshop/ Service Manager

Must be a qualified Petrol Technician ·
-
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Automotive Mechanical Management with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
-
Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.

Application of Policies & Procedures, Warranty / Insurance Knowledge, Brand / product and program Knowledge, Financial analysis and Teamwork;
-
Strong communication skills.
- Must Have commercial industry experience
